Sir – The Giles Government needs to immediately release the full Hawke Report into Hydraulic Fracturing in the NT rather than hiding it from the public.
There are huge concerns across the Territory about fracking.
We need to see the full unsanitised report to thoroughly assess its recommendations. The Government has been sitting on this report for days now.
We all value regional economic development but Territorians are very worried about the CLP pursuing development at all costs against our environment.
The inquiry received 230 submissions from industry, the pastoral sector, environmental groups, water scientists and concerned individuals.
